Calculation Method

This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, which is considered one of the most accurate formulas for calculating BMR.

BMR = 10 × weight (kg) + 6.25 × height (cm) - 5 × age (years) + (5 if male, -161 if female)

Your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is calculated by multiplying your BMR by an activity factor based on your selected activity level.
